This policy explains how personal data submitted through the enquiry forms on www.dunearnresidences.sg is collected, used and protected, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Only what you enter into the registration form: your name, email address, mobile number, preferred contact day and time, the materials you have asked for (brochure, price list, showflat appointment) and the unit types you are interested in. No account is required and no payment information is collected.
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry about this development: to send the materials you requested, to arrange a viewing or appointment, and to notify you when the official project name, site plan, unit mix, floor plans or price list are released. By submitting the form you consent to being contacted for these purposes by voice call, email, SMS or WhatsApp, regardless of your registration status with the Do Not Call registry, as stated on the form.
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script and are accessible only to the persons responsible for handling enquiries for this development. Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose above, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
This site loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising performance. The pixel records page views and form submissions in aggregate; it does not receive the contents of your form fields. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers. Your personal data is not sold, rented or traded to any third party.
Under the PDPA you may withdraw consent, request access to the personal data held about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted at any time. Send that request through the enquiry form on the home page and it will be actioned within a reasonable period.
